Once opened, make sure to close the bottle tight and store it in a cool, dry spot, away from heat, light, or moisture.

At the moment, we only ship within India. International delivery is currently unavailable.

Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days from confirmation. Some areas may experience slight delays, but your coffee is always worth the wait.

No Returns/Exchanges

We don’t accept returns or exchanges as our coffee is perishable.

Damaged or Wrong Order?

Email us at support@mokastudio.in within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order ID and clear photos of the issue.

We’ll Make It Right

If eligible, we’ll arrange a refund or replacement.

You can send our products directly as gifts to your loved ones. We offer gift wrapping and custom notes. For bulk or corporate gifting, email us at support@mokastudio.in.

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, no questions asked.

Cancellations won’t be possible if:

  • Your order has already been dispatched
  • The order was placed during a sale or promotional offer
