At Mokastudio, we want you to sip bold but here’s the deal when it comes to returns:

No Returns/Exchanges:

Due to the perishable nature of our coffee products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order is delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please:

  • Email us at support@mokastudio.in
  • Include your order ID and clear photos of the issue.
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

We’ll Make It Right:

If eligible, we’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or a caffeine-fueled apology. Whatever’s needed to fix it.

Refund policy

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds are only applicable if:

  • You received a damaged, incorrect item.
  • You contacted us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (order ID + photos).

How Refunds Are Processed:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (prepaid orders).
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD), we'll issue a refund via UPI or bank transfer.
  • In some cases, we may offer a coupon or store credit as an alternative.

Refund Timeline:

  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.

Non-Refundable Cases:

  • Orders reported after 24 hours of delivery.
  • Taste preferences or “change of mind”.
  • Items received during sales or promotional offers.
